Optical Precision Inspection – Visibility & Appearance Consistency

Purpose : To verify that optical characteristics and surface conditions adhere to design tolerances, and to ensure that environmental substance concentrations comply with regulatory standards.
Typical Test Items/Equipment: * Total Luminous Transmittance Meter, Spectrophotometer , IR Transmittance Tester.

Dimensional & Structural Measurement – Tolerance, Alignment, and Assembly Matching

Purpose : To ensure that circuitry, profiles, and 3D structures adhere to design tolerances, minimizing assembly interference and defects.
Typical Test Items/Equipment: Automated Size Measurer, 3D Microscopic Observation , Film Thickness Measurement.

Durability & Reliability – Abrasion, Peeling, Drop, and Cycle Life

Purpose: Simulate long-term high-frequency operation and transportation impacts to reduce post-production failure rates and warranty risks. Representative test items/equipment: peeling force, wear resistance, pencil hardness, button/slide cycle, drop ball impact tester, packaging drop, etc.

Material Properties & Process Fundamentals Measurement – Material Consistency & Process Stability

Purpose: Verify physical properties and consistency of materials such as glass, film, adhesives, and inks to prevent yield loss caused by material variation.
Typical Test Items/Equipment: Ink Viscosity Tester, Conductivity/Resistance Meter, Pressure-Related Measurement Devices, etc.

Process Environment Monitoring – Cleanroom & Environmental Parameters

Purpose: Monitor airborne particles, illumination, temperature, humidity, etc., to ensure R2R and sheet-fed processes operate in a stable environment and minimize external interference.
Typical Test Items/Equipment: Airborne Particle Counter, Illuminance Meter, etc.

Electrostatic & Electrical Protection – Safeguarding Core Circuits and Sensors

Purpose: Validate electrostatic immunity and protection design to reduce latent damage and early failure caused by electrostatic discharge.
